[Milsurplus] Why No Keying Bugs - individual keying characterstics

The RTTY usage i suggested in my post was based on a couple
photos from the Pacific: a photo of a comm base, but small, on
Okinawa, this one had TTY machines as well as 3 or so TBX's 
used to monitor other (apparently)  voice channels, also a photo
of a Air Defense Center, actually some other name for such an
installation but i can't quite remember it, anyway it was full of TTY
machines. Could it have been that there were more TTY machines
used in Pacific campaign. I dunno. That would seem unlikely if you
apply the "secondary war front" description to the Pacific. Oh yes,
in the above two photos, the TTY receivers were the Hammarlund
SP's. I may have a third photo or so of a DF station on Guam with
similar TTY station. -Hue Miller
