[Milsurplus] LM-18 and AC PS Questions

This morning, I picked up a rather nice LM-18 (sadly minus the
calibration book) along with a CBLC-20104-A  AC Power Supply and
original cable set.  My plan is to use the AC PS with an LM-20 I already
have.

The first question  is does anyone have a manual for the AC PS? It' S/N
286 BTW. I'd much prefer an original, but a good hard copy or .pdf would
be OK too. If you have it available, please email me off list. Failing a
full manual, does anyone know what the two guarded toggle switches do?

Also, the cables appear original in that the do have the correct
connectors. The cables are not jacketed but are covered with braid. Is
this what the originals were?
