Try talking to any of our US Embassy's, the one here has now restricted hours that American citizens can come in. Everybody else it's 08:00 to 13:00, for us it's 10:30 to 13:00. I think I will vote twice next time instead of just once Hank. Cheers, John WD5ENU/A45XV
