[Milsurplus] Postage rape increase

Lloyd,
I would like to order some 10.cent a gallon gas, .5 Cokes, candy bars, 
ice cream cones, .10 Sat. movie and all of those goodies from back in 
times long gone. But I am not willing to give up on all of the current 
goodies and technology that we have today.
