I've purchased both the stainless steel and the black oxide brass screws from them.  You are right, they are very easy to work with.  Patient as well.

They also have 3-48 taps if you need one.

Sharpie's work well.  They are great for touchup.  But I've tried it
on ARC-5 screws and its just too shiney.  I like Dave's flat-black
spray paint idea better.  Just take care not to tighten down too much
and take off paint with the tip of the screwdriver.

BTW, I work just a block from Olanders.  Great outfit with which to do business.
