[Milsurplus] Postage rates

Don't panic.
I think the web site hasn't got it all together yet. When you go to the 
calculate postage page,
go to the bottom of page and click on
Domestic Rate Charts (HTML) (PDF)
or
International Rate Charts (HTML) (PDF)
This will bring up country list, select country, scroll down to desired 
service and look up rate/weight.
They will probably get the other way to look up fixed eventually.
