[Milsurplus] TBW-4 assistance needed

I picked up one of the TBW transmitter units (CAY-5239) at the MRCG swapmeet pictured in Al's QSL.net post. It appears to be intact (albeit tubeless) "except" for both roller inductors. Looks like someone took a pair of dikes, cut and unspooled the silver (?) coil windings ("SMACK! THUMP! OW OW OW OW OW!"). This was done to the other unit also.........
My quest: Turns out I have a replacement for the upper roller (the one w/the long shaft), BUT it's in a nice home/self-brew T-network transmatch. So:
#1: Anyone have the roller units?
#3: I can probably re-wind the rollers by hand using solid copper. Can this be soldered to the remaining stubs sticking out of the coil forms (please say yes....) or should I fabricate crimp/solder tabs as used in both internally to the form (requiring total disassembly. I know: I'm a wuss)
#3: Does anyone have a spare 25-30 uH roller I could swap into the transmatch and save myself some work?
Thanks for the assistance
MRCG '07 was a BLAST!
See you there next year w/my TCS-8 and RT-68/GRC.
