The electrical output ratings of the NT-21263, 21263-A and 21263-B are 500 
VDC/0.085 A & 12 VDC/2.0 A.

And incidentally, I have never found a Navy Type Number for the hand cranks.  
I do know that the Signal Corps GC-7 will not work.  The length of the drive 
tang (square) is too short and the throw fouls the cover over the 
countershaft.  The GC-6 does work.  It has a slightly shorter throw but longer drive tang 
than the GC-7.  Plus my TBX-8 came with a pair of GC-6's.  However, although 
the set (in the transit case) was relatively complete, I have no reason to 
assume all the stuff in the case left the factory together.
