[Milsurplus] FS: ME-61/GRC

Dave,

It belongs to the AN/GRC-9, or I guess technically to AN/GRC-87 and 
AN/VRC-34.  Came out circa 1960 when the latter two sets were designated out of the 
GRC-9.
