FWIW, I think the guy is real but pretty clueless in that he does not
know the going market price of things. He's probably a general
merchandise liquidator or something.

I looked at some of his listings for item I know very well and many are
well over 10x what anyone sane would really pay. Others are at the high
end of reasonable. I'd guess he bought a pile of stuff and the
acquisition cost was listed on the inventory and he's asking for some
fraction of that.
