[Milsurplus] Dog for sale

Welcome fellow (radio) dog lovers. Here's a dog looking for a good home.

It's a R-648/ARR-41 which is the Navy's version of the venerable R-390 
receiver. Someone (not me so no flames please) replaced the dynamotor 
with an AC power supply, repainted the receiver with black crinkle paint 
(not a bad job!), replaced all the knobs with crap and used a Dymo 
labeler to make new front panel labels. I've redone the labels so it 
looks better and found a reasonable set of knobs. It's better looking 
now than when I found it and it seems to work well. I put the URM-25 on 
it and I'm getting 10 dB s/n with less than 1 microvolt at the antenna.

Anyone want to give this dog a good home? $170 + shipping. Photos at
