[Milsurplus] Replacement capacitor question

All: I'm in the midst of repairing a solid-state radio. This radio has a
pair of 47 mf / 35 v tantalum caps across one of the power supply lines.

I know that the tantalums are better than aluminum electrolytics for HF
bypass; however, I really don't want to put tantalums (particularly that
large) back into the unit. I'm thinking of using either a single 100 mf /
50V aluminum or a pair of 47 mf / 50V aluminums, and paralleling them with a
.01 mf ceramic. Thoughts?

Thanks,
Dave WB4FUR
