[Milsurplus] RT-209/PRC (PRC-21)

I just procured a RT-209/PRC-21. The previous owner did not know the 
electrical condition. Cosmetically it looks good. Does anyone have a manual 
that I can either borrow to photocopy or obtain via CD?
