[Milsurplus] Japanese TRP-4 Information Needed.

This is my annual request for any information on this   special
ops radio.
This set was manufactured by OKI in the early sixties and possibly used by
U.S. Government Agencies.
I have the set operational but am looking for additional information. The
set uses a standard  U-77 handset/audio connect. Runs off of 12 volts and
has an internal switching power supply for the tube final amplifier.

I have had a friend visit OKI  and they either have lost the information or
no longer have it.
