[Milsurplus] CH-27 chest for BC 191 questiion

I have the  CH 27 chest that houses the BC 191 xmtr and the BC 306 LF
ant tuner. I'm missing the small control panel that is located to the
right of the 191 and below the 306. It looks to be about 7" square with
phone jacks and a multipin connector. 

 I'd like to make as good a copy of this panel as I can for my
restoration so does anyone have a good close up picture of this panel
from a manual or better yet someone with a still intact panel that I can
get a picture of.
