[Milsurplus] Field Day/Netting with Narrow RXs

Good job on TCS technique for getting inside the 500 khz passband of
most xcvrs!

And 120 Qs in 8 hrs to the tune of "dynamo hum.  Great 'goin.

We were running a IC703 on 40 & 15 out here w/o filter & it took us 
some time to do a similar work-around.  Other 2A-bat stn. was TT Omni
on 80 & 20 cw.

15 was deadsville here 'til 1600z Sun.  Then, wud u believe it, 15m
sporadic E!!!
