That would be TM 11-5820-477-35.  And either TM 11-5820-477-35P (08/03/65) or 
TM 11-5820-477-23P (07/01/88). 

Also have TM 11-5820-477-12 and TM 11-5820-477-20P.

The -12, -20P and the -35 are available as originals.  The others would have 
to be scanned, cleaned and printed.

The -12, -23P and a -30 which I've never encountered before, are listed on 
LOGSA.  However, the first two require login priveleges and the latter is 
currently unavailable.
