[Milsurplus] ID a piece of IFF gear

I've tried this before, but it was a while ago, so..

Have what I think is a piece of IFF gear.

Receiver: 954, 955, 6SK7's
Transmitter: pair of 8025's modulated by an 829B
Plus various other octals (6SN7, 6V6, etc).

Operating frequency somewhere in the 100-400MHz range judging by
the 'rod' resonant lines.

I just came across the schematic for the BP, and it seems somewhat similar.

There is nothing that I can see on the chassis that identifies the
manufacturer
or type of equipment.

Any leads welcomed.
