Yeah, but he's selling out in the wrong end of the country!  And he's
got cool toys but pick up from Hawaii is something just a bit short of
highly unlikely.  (My VA pension doesn't stretch that far.)

Hmmm ... maybe he'll move here and THEN sell out?  ;)
