[Milsurplus] MPN-1 was Power supply ID

We were still using AN/MPN-13 GCA and AN/MPN-14
RAPCON units at 3rd Combat Comm Sq here at
Tinker AFB as late as 1975 or 1976!  They were
replaced by AN/TPN-19 units.
