[Milsurplus] AS-2259 Antenna Test and Notes

I've have posted some notes on the AS-2259 NVIS antenna. These notes include
construction details on a  simple "Plumbers Delight" mast connector and 
other test
info. Gene Smar, AD3F and I worked together last summer on this antenna via
email.I supplied him with actual dimensions and he utilized Smith charts and
did  some calculations on the mast impedance.
I conducted further tests last month and arrived at several simple matching
schemes and did some modeling of the antenna.
