Have never seen one and only heard of a couple with this circuitry intact.
Wartime maintenance instructions were to remove rather than service and I have
a BC-342A (1938) which had this done to it. I have the adjustment
instructions in an old manual somewhere. Essentially consisted of running a wire from
the "Noise Ant" connector up into the vehicle engine compartment and then
fiddling with the placement of this and a couple of front panel adjustments until
the ignition noise was minimized. Adjustment probably good only until the
first bump in the road.
Would also like to know if anyone has had any experience here.
