[Milsurplus] Inflation Memories

When looking at the Government released inflation factors ( Consumer Price Index) one must keep in mind the figures used  in  determining are based on rental living quarters (housing), & public transportation. Considering that the Government subsidizes housing , public transportation &  agriculture the figures are not reflective of the costs incurred by those people who own their own transportation and homes.
