Removed and serviced the blower in my GP-7 a few years ago.   Don't remember 
any particular problem in doing so, but that was a while ago and haven's been 
back inside since.   Provides some air circulation inside the TU enclosures.   
The set is still quite drifty though.   A large external fan blowing into the 
back of the cabinet didn't provide much improvement either.
