Maybe one could use a harmonic from a LM for this?

In regard to stablizing the oscillator of these transmitters, you may
use a trick that was used in broadcast transmitters during the 1920s.

The broadcast transmitter used an oscillator tube directly feeding the
antenna, with the resulting frequency instability. To stablize the
transmitter osc they would loosly couple  a second oscillator, to the 
first
oscillator.
The second oscillator was not connected to anything.

You could use this technique. There would be no alterations on the
SCR-194 or 195. Coupling would have to be determined experimentally
