Interesting photos and also maybe some of the worst taken photos i 
have ever seen. Looks like altho the gear is in LA it maybe had storage
under wetter conditions. On the modulator/ power supply ( i assume )
for the BC-127, it looks like maybe a waterline and also a footrprint on
the front panel.  Now the Japanese markings: that is really interesting
and i wonder what story this gear has to tell. If i had to guess, not knowing
more,i'd say captured from US in Philippines, where obsolete US gear
was farmed out, especially to Philippine Rangers; then recaptured???
I wonder what accounts for the checkerboard pattern across some photos?
