Nothing oddball about it, although they are uncommon. Two or three have been
listed here in the past two or three years. It is one-half of the set,
actually. I'd have to check the TM to refresh my memory as to which half.
BC-342-M or -N modified for space or polarization diversity receiving. The
HFO in one unit (the master) is fed to the other unit (slave). I'd have to dig
out the TM's to check whether the slave will continue to work without the
master present but I sorta think not. Which would make this one a master.
TM 11-624 (AN/MRC-2) and TM 11-850 (BC-312...344) Change 1 (OA-65/MRC-2)
