[Milsurplus] H-189, GRA-39, etc

Hi,

Is there electrical difference between the H-189 and the H-250?

Also, I'd like a couple of parts for the GRA-39:

Two of the red rubber (?) covers for the Line terminals

Two of the canvas carrying slings for the units.
