It's a general purpose battery charger for charging nominally 28 volt
batteries. The A model initial output current is 1 amp (low) or 2 amps (high). When
battery charge current falls off near end of charge the charger switches to a
fixed float voltage of either 27.2 or 32 volts. Manual is TM 11-6130-239-15.
