[Milsurplus] Wanted, Change 1 to TM 11-4057 (BC-610-A...E)

While answering some questions for another BC-610-F owner, I noticed that 
TB-SIG 220, which applies to the -F model, refers to TM 11-4057 Change 1.  I have 
the basic but didn't know that there had been a Change.  So I'm curious as to 
what's in it.  And have an -F I need to put back together one day.  

If anyone has the change or knows of someone else who does, please contact 
me.
