[Milsurplus] ITAR What ?

What ITAR items are you talking about? Are these firewarms or what?  I recently carted five another five cartons ( large boxes) of WWII surplus electronic parts across the border to mail and had no problem at all. 

You may run a cross the odd item marked" CCI" or Controlled Cryptographic Item, in which case you'd better check to see if its stll protected equipment. They don't say its illegal for the public to possess it but it is, if its still on the list.
