As usual, guys, thank you for your guidance.

I'm leaving the oil-filled caps as is. There is no sign of physical leakage and the
voltages are close to the listed value. I did change the transformer tap to the 125V
value because my line voltage is a little high. This brought the voltages down much
closer to the listed values.

The radio sounds perfect with this new old power supply.

I am now officially on a Hammarlund high (legal in most states).
