The images on his site are either public domain
or re-sized works of art which are, most likely,
not in the public domain.
When you right-click on the images, 
he opens a box stating they are "copyright" to him. 
I saw an American site try to do this
with widely published U.S.Military images (public domain).
Wonder if the guy has taken any of the money from
those laughably high prices and paid the license fees
to the artists for using their work?
