[Milsurplus] Straps

Can't offer anything but negatives but it isn't a rifle sling.  They don't 
have grab hooks.  Not EE-8.  They are permanently attached (just looked at a 
couple).  Too narrow for rucksack.  Not ST-43 for BC-745 (although it would work 
if you cut one of the hooks off).  Sorry.
