[Milsurplus] Radio Shack Solder Weld

Hi,

Has anyone tried this stuff?  I have some electrolytics that I want to
restuff.  Unfortunately, now that I have the cans open, I see that the
internal "leads" are extensions of the aluminum plates that form the
capacitor, and they are riveted through the plastic base of the capacitor
with what appear to be aluminum rivets, so there is nothing I can solder to
conventionally.

 I thought this Radio Shack 

stuff might do the trick.  My other thought is spot welding but that will
require more experimenting and apparatus than I can muster before I go to
work.
