[Milsurplus] Victory at Sea DVDs

I have the  WalMart special 3 DVD pack of "Victory at Sea". I notice there is a 4 DVD pack at considerably more cost. 

Does anyone know of major differences?  They both refer to 26 episodes. They are certainly an interesting series.
