Hello there Group -
Cleaning suggestions- BC348 & BC221 Tuning capacitor
I have a tuning Capacitor with stuck on dust.  Dust holds moisture.  
Need to get rid of dust on capacitor plates. 
Anyone have
1. a proven  procedure to clean and shine up the plates, they are very 
tight or close to each other.
2. a suggested list of cleaners known to do the job.

Any feed back is greatly appreciated.
