  This is an OD color ?antenna base?  or
  ??? about a foot tall and 2-3 inches diameter,
  pretty robust construction. Came in a lot of
  19 Set items- does that help identify it? although
  it does not taper at all to meet the 19 Set aerial

I haven't looked up the number, but is it made of heavy gauge steel
tubing with a square flange (with 4 holes) welded to the bottom? If so,
it's likely one of a family of support masts for the "B" set aerial used
on the WS 19.
