[Milsurplus] LOGSA Lockdown

In reference to the apparent lockdown of the LOGSA site: I have sent a polite note to the helpdesk address, asking what's up. Since I work for a state government agency, I consider it possible that I might get an actual response out of them (perhaps even a helpful one).

I'm not expecting any such response until Monday at least. I will share what I receive.

Possible alternative: In times past, it has been easily possibly to obtain non-classified material through the National Technical Information Service (NTIS). It may still be possible to do so, though the cost would not be "free" (as in download for free).

I'm just glad I got the manual for my tracking generator before they locked the site down!

	Keep the peace(es).
