I have two complete books. You have ALL the text that was in the book. You're only missing the thick stiff paper covers, which were not very sturdy. They weren't heavy duty enough to prevent tearing along the spiral binding, nor resiliant enough to give a little without tearing. The several I've seen that were missing the covers always had all of the inner pages present.

There is no text on the covers except the front. The information on it is:

                   NAVWEPS 16-30ARC38-505

          OPERATING MANUAL

                for

             AN/ARC-38

          RADIO SET CONTROL

            C-1398/ARC-38

There is a thin black line border around all this. There is no date or revision log. I have no scanner, but I can send you a xerox copy.

The same book was used in the RCA re-build of the AN/ARC-38 to the AN/ARC-38A, and would have been found in control panel C-3428/ARC-38A.
