[Milsurplus] TDQ Vexation Update

Driving the beast with a Northern 115 variable master oscillator at about 30V p-p into the crystal socket, I got drive right through and power out of the final.  I really must just have a crystal problem, but I am not doing anything unusual there.  I am using an official TDQ crystal.  It just doesn't oscillate at its stated 16.040Mc.  I do get a waveform at the plate circuit of 2/3 of that and 1/3 of that.  I hear it at 16.040 on a receiver.

Guess I'll try cleaning the crystal.
