[Milsurplus] Alexanderson SAQ on Xmas eve

No reception of the  Alexanderson alternator  here in Dover, Delaware. I 
thought  conditions were very good. Some  static crashes and a fairly low 
local noise level. 50 cycle and  200 cycle filters were tried.  I taped most 
of what I heard and will  look at the audio later this week.
However I did pickup a very strange voice transmission  on 19 Kcs, sort of 
high pitched voices,  they were talking about a "North Pole Departure" and 
trying to "stay on schedule".
