[Milsurplus] Any Korea-era shavetails or greater out there?

When were they last called "shavetails"?  After WWII, but I
can't place the approximate date.    Also, why Korea-era
shavetails and higher?   Reason for sending the crews to the
gym was to make some time to find them a bed.  When the
big-airplane crews diverted back to Misawa in 51 or 52, they
got put on folding cots in the base gym.   I wonder who it was
that wrote that Operations Plan?  Not me.
