Best part was that for a while when the crews returned from a 16 hour Crome 
Dome flight they got to go to the gym for a manatory one  hour work out  to 
"work off their tensions  and fatique " so that they could sleep better. , 
that policy did not last too long. All they really wanted was a beer.
