I have a copy and it is an excellent read. It covers more than just the 
Y Service. The ARRL website gives a bit more detail.

The price is quite reasonable for a book of that type and it's the 
latest printing. I purchased mine from Amazon Canada and it was about 
the same price.
The price in the Bletchley Park giftshop is about the same as well.
