[Milsurplus] QST article on Japan "TM Handy"

Current number of QST magazine has article on fellow's experience restoring and using
the Japanese WW2 "TM Handy" field radio. This is one of those sets that makes you
wonder, how did they actually communicate using this? And yet they did - and certainly
over more milage than the few miles tested in this article. This feature-packed set was
large, heavy, had no sidetone, no netting facility, low power, and unstable.
Besides this fellow, Ben Nock has one; I have one; and Bill Howard has one, no doubt in
usual complete condition.   -Hue Miller
