[Milsurplus] VLF Riggs

I always liked the RBA.  I had one with companion RBB and RBC (don't recall 
model numbers).  Loaned them to a "friend" when I went to Vietnam and never was 
able to find the "friend" after I came home.  But I used to copy NSS, NBA and 
I think NPG with it.
