[Milsurplus] Command R-19 ??

Hi all, 
 
I have just received what appears to be an  R-19 Command receiver,  
118-148MHz, 
made by ARC in Boonton, New Jersey. 
 
Does anyone have any info, circuit, pic of this set. I'm not sure if this  
one is modified or not.
