Looking for an ART 13 that is a parts pig or is complete but non-operational. Local fellow here has one that needs some parts help, didn't specify, for his unit. Says he built power supply but radio has some items not functioning. So a complete maybe restorable unit would probably be acceptable. Larry W0OGH
