[Milsurplus] While out crawling on the web

Jim et al:

     I seem to recall a posting from last year that warned about using these 
(or similar) supplies only for their 24 VDC output.  The poster wrote that 
ALL the outputs had to have a load for the output voltages to be regulated 
properly.

     Anybody else recall the details?
